Who runs this

A manufacturer, not an event agency.

The Stratosteel Digital Expo is operated by Stratosteel s.r.o., an industrial supply chain architect and heavy parts manufacturer from Slovakia, in business since 2009. We audit suppliers with our own money at stake. The expo is that discipline, opened to the market.

Why we built it

Physical fairs cost an SME exhibitor EUR 15,000 to 50,000 and a week of the owner's time. They cost a buyer three days and a travel budget, for a stack of brochures and a follow-up backlog. Most of what both sides actually need is simple: see the real floor, check the real paper, talk to a real person for 15 minutes.

Directories have no video and stale data. RFQ marketplaces race prices to the bottom and hide who you are dealing with. Virtual fairs copied the booth instead of the workflow. So we built the workflow: curated booths, real machine-floor video, meetings booked into the maker's calendar, and a charter that makes honesty enforceable.

Where Stratosteel stands

Open disclosure: Stratosteel is itself a manufacturer and supply chain architect. If a visitor request finds no match among exhibitors, Stratosteel may serve it through its own network. That is stated here because trust is the product. Exhibitor leads belong to exhibitors. We route unmet demand only.

Principles

Honest by construction.

No fake numbers

No invented counters, no purchased testimonials. When the cohort is small, we show the small true number proudly.

No race to the bottom

No public price bidding, no RFQ auctions. Pricing happens between humans in meetings. That is a stated rule, on the page.

Badges tell the truth

Two states only: Stratosteel audited on site, or audit scheduled. The badge says what was verified, and when.
