Rule 1 · Real capacity only

No bait pricing.
No ghosting.
Every meeting booked is held,
or rescheduled within 48 hours.

Rule 2 · Honest envelopes

Claim only what your floor can carry.
Every claim must survive an on-site audit.
We walk the floor. We check the paper.
The badge says what we saw, and when.

Rule 3 · 3NEXT

3 percent of every deal closed through SDE goes forward.
To the next generation.
Built into the deal.
Not a donation.

Declared by the exhibitor, on their word.
The same word the whole charter runs on.
The fund vehicle and its first report publish
before the first euro is collected. Ledgered, public.

Rule 4 · Skin in the game

Exhibitors place a refundable commitment deposit.
EUR 500.
Leave in good standing: returned in full.
Break the charter: kept,
and forwarded in full to the 3NEXT fund.

Visitors commit by signature only.
Your word is your deposit.

The operator's side

The charter binds us too.
Stratosteel is a manufacturer.
We never quote a request that matched an exhibitor.
Unmet demand only.
Break that, and the referee leaves the field.

Who decides, and how

No silent verdicts.
Written warning first.
You see every charter entry about you.
You answer before anything is kept.
Two unexcused no-shows pause an account,
visitor or exhibitor alike.
Deposit decisions are recorded in the charter log.

The point

Sustainability is built in before the profit,
not after it.

This is not for everyone.
That is the point.
