Stated openly, like everything here
Pricing.
Buyers never pay. The supply side funds the expo at a flat predictable cost: a booth here is EUR 2,000 a year at the standard rate. One physical fair costs an SME EUR 15,000 to 50,000 plus a week of staff time: one fair buys seven-plus years of booth. No commissions to the operator, no per-lead fees, no auction mechanics.

Rankings and leads
No paid placement in search, no selling buyer contact lists, no sponsored badges. The audit badge cannot be bought. That is the whole point.
The 3NEXT clause, so no CFO has to ask
Both are true. Here is how.
Stratosteel takes no commission on deals you close through the expo. Separately, the charter you sign commits 3 percent of every deal closed through SDE to go forward to the next generation. That money is not Stratosteel revenue. It goes to the 3NEXT fund, ledgered, and reported. The 3 percent is declared by the exhibitor on deals originated in SDE meetings or RFQ rooms, on the same word the rest of the charter runs on. The fund vehicle and its first report publish before the first euro is collected; until then nothing is collected. Your price to the operator is the booth fee. Your commitment under the charter is the 3 percent forward. Two different things, both stated before you sign.
Context, stated honestly: a booth at a physical fair costs an SME EUR 15,000 to 50,000 plus a week of staff time, per fair. A senior buyer's fair trip costs EUR 1,000 to 1,500 plus three days. The expo replaces neither negotiation nor the final on-site visit. It replaces the searching. Pricing figures on this page are the founding-phase commitments; if any number changes before your contract, you will see it here first.
